Descriptions of the Man with Brown Sports Coat.
| Witness Name | Observation Time | Specific Subject Description | Reported Actions |
| Peter Novick | 9:30 P.M. | 5’10”, husky/strong build; brown corduroy or suede jacket; light pants; straight blondish-brown hair; “wing tip type suede shoes.” | Seen running from between buildings toward a parking lot; Novick was forced to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting him. |
| Joe Clifton | ~9:30 P.M. | Brown sport coat; 5’10” to 6′; blonde or sandy hair; wearing glasses. | Seen walking 20 feet behind the victim. Victim confirmed to Clifton that this man “did it.” |
| Mike Adair | ~9:25 P.M. | Man with “unkept” hair, more to the side than combed back. | Seen following close behind the victim at Duncan and Center streets moments before the attack. |
Physical Description Analysis The commonalities between Novick and Clifton involve height and hair color. They both wear a specific “brown sport jacket.” These match Kunkel’s known attire on the night of the crime. Forensic contradictions exist. Adair’s description of “unkept” hair contradicts Kunkel’s relatively neat appearance in his booking photo as seen below.

All that said, I took those witness descriptions. I merged them. This formed what I think is the most logical representation of what the killer looked like. Then, I ran the description through Google Gemini and had an image generated. The image at the top of this post is what was generated. I have a strong gut feeling of who it resembles. But, without hard proof, disclosing it here would be a huge case of libel.
